This is the notes for Proposal to Nastia
Goal: I would like to create a proposal to Nastia Khamiankova, the Co-Founder of the Imaguru | Google for Startups hub in Vilnius, Warsaw and Madrid. We want to propose a partnership with IMAGURU
Format:
Transcript:
We want to propose to Nastia to agree to host the monthly decentralized Mapathon events at three different spaces of Iamaguru in Vilnius, Warsaw, and Madrid. Our vision for the future is a decentralized global collaborative project that unites people across different industries, cultures, and backgrounds. The project aims to create a collective and functional map of the future, representing humanity's collective intelligence, imagination, hopes, and concerns. This map will serve as the foundation of a decentralized global collaboration ecosystem.
Our goal is to host the Mapathon as a global decentralized festival that happens once every month. On the same day, different local hubs and locations will gather individuals and communities representing local culture or specialized fields to attend an intimate and interactive networking event. In a playful, yet socially meaningful manner, they will create their personal maps. These personal maps will be the best representation of each person's values, interests, hopes, dreams, and ideas. They will act as the person's personal identity.
After creating their personal maps, participants will seek to interact with others in order to connect and find common ground. Common ground can be shared values, sheer curiosity about the future of AI, personal journeys to find work-life balance, philosophical ideas, or specific technological challenges that are roadblocks to humanity. Deep discussions about these shared interests will take place as participants attempt to create the first map.
Participants will then design and launch circles as a DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization). Through carefully crafted conversational workshops and the integration of conversational intelligence AI technology, we aim to create a conversation map that outlines the key topics, words, ideas, semantic relationships, and emotional connections between ideas and people. These maps will form a context-rich, functional, and dynamic map.
By combining these conversation maps over time, we can integrate them into a community map, which serves as a future exploration workshop. Through these conversations and the generated maps, we can create a vision and goal for the future of humanity in specific spaces like global warming, blockchain, AI, etc. Combining all the community maps will result in a global map of the future.
After creating the first map, the DAO will come together to formalize its creation, establish a constitution, share knowledge and resources, and define clear actionable steps for maintaining and growing the community. The DAO will host mapping events continuously in the form of an unconference, panel discussions, and other conversational workshop formats to imagine the future, understand threats and challenges, discover opportunities, ideas, and solutions towards building a better future.
The DAO can also host hackathons specifically aimed at building, designing, and developing solutions, incubating them as viable organizations or businesses to impact the world as a whole. Each circle within the DAO will have access to different resources, and collaboration between circles will allow for sharing knowledge, connections, and services. Additionally, a decentralized collaborative economy will be established, enabling individuals to connect across different global hubs and spaces, uniting the diversity that local communities have to offer. This network will allow individuals to become true global citizens, connecting with people around the world through shared values and creating self-sufficient and sustainable communities.
To preserve individual authenticity and cultural identity while utilizing and celebrating it on a global stage, the next step for these three free spaces is to connect them to the map and start planning the event for June 1st.
Prompt:
Please create a detailed note based using the transcript, to best achieve the goal stated, using the proposed format. For each point on the format (including sub-points), creating a paragraph, which provides useful and valuable context.
Introduction:
Our proposal aims to create a partnership with IMAGURU and host monthly decentralized Mapathon events across three locations in Vilnius, Warsaw, and Madrid. This event will bring together individuals from different industries, cultures, and backgrounds to create a collective map of the future that represents humanity's collective imagination, hopes, and concerns.
The Event - Mapathon:
The Mapathon event is an interactive networking event where participants will create their personal maps. These personal maps will represent each person's values, interests, hopes, dreams, and ideas. Participants will then seek to connect with others to find common ground through deep discussions about shared values.
Map the Future via Conversations:
Through carefully crafted conversational workshops and the integration of conversational intelligence AI technology, we aim to create a conversation map that outlines the key topics, words, ideas, semantic relationships, and emotional connections between ideas and people. These maps will form a context-rich, functional, and dynamic map.
The Circle:
After creating the first map as a DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization), participants will design and launch circles. Each circle within the DAO will have access to different resources for sharing knowledge, connections, and services. The DAO can host mapping events continuously in various conversational workshop formats to imagine the future while discovering opportunities for building a better future.
The Network:
This decentralized collaborative economy established by the DAO will enable individuals to connect across different global hubs and spaces while uniting diversity that local communities have to offer. It allows individuals to become true global citizens connecting with people worldwide through shared values while creating self-sufficient sustainable communities.
The Space - Actions & Next Steps:
The next step for these three free spaces is connecting them on the map while planning for the June 1st event. Creating this partnership with IMAGURU would allow us access to their resources; they would also benefit from being part of this global collaboration ecosystem.
Conclusion:
In conclusion, our proposal aims to bring together individuals from different industries, cultures, and backgrounds to create a collective map of the future that represents humanity's collective imagination, hopes, and concerns. By hosting monthly decentralized Mapathon events across three locations in Vilnius, Warsaw, and Madrid, we can build a decentralized global collaborative project that unites people worldwide towards building a better future.
